Dynamic Pilates

Dynamic Pilates is a course for advanced sportsmen, who already know the principles of Pilates. It is an integral training which combines concentration and power. Without ignoring the classic Pilates method, the exercises are practiced dynamically and fluently.

Though a gently but forceful posture, coordination, breathing and endurance are improved.

With targeted exercises back troubles will be prevented.

The training includes intensive stretching.
