Fitness-Kickboxing

This course is a really intense workout. Our aim is to burn calories, to loose stress, to get stronger, to improve our endurance and coordination etc.!

Of course it's also a lot of fun. The training includes parts from different combat sports, but there won't be sparring elements. This course is for everyone, beginners and advanced students.
