HIIT - NEW!

The training includes intensive cardio and force exercises (40 sec. - 60 sec.) and short breaks (20 sec. - 30 sec.). The main part of this courses is the HIIT, it will take about 30 minutes an contains 8 10 diferent exercises. The training is short, but really intensive.
