PowerFitness

This is how we make you move! After a short warm up, we train endurance, power and flexibility in a high frequency! All this happens while you listen to rhythmic music and have fun! The course will be completed with a stretching unit.

The course contains no choreographies so everybody will be able to enjoy himself!

We recommend bringing your own ground pad and a towel.
