Sh’Bam

What is Sh´Bam? What is so special about this course? In this semester we offer a new highlight, the perfect dance fitness work out in cooperation with Les Mills.

In this course we dance every week to different chart, club or dance songs. Our emphasis is on easy steps to create an effectively body work out for everyone. There is no easier way to keep in shape than practicing Sh´Bam. The best is: not only fat will be burnt; you also improve your coordination and endurance.
