Back Fit

Poor or one sided movements have a negative influence on our backs muscles. The consequences are back pain and tensions. This course helps to strengthen and stabilize our backs muscles and to prevent or reduce back pain.

If you already have back pain, please inform the instructor at the beginning of the course.
