Back Fitness

After a short warm up and a little endurance training, we will start with some precise exercises to strengthen our thoracic and abdominal muscles (stomach, back, hips and shoulders). Later on we will practice some stretching exercises to balance one sided mechanical stress and to improve our flexibility. It is reasonable to take part in this course as constantly as you can.

An own Thera-Band, towel and ground pad are recommended.
