Lern how to meditate

This is an introduction course into the practice of meditation.

 

By using effective exercises taken from the Kundalini Yoga, every participant can have a meditative experience within a small time. The various meditation techniques do not only lead you to relaxation and silence, they can also be transferred into your daily life.

 

Previous knowledge is not necessary.

 

This course helps to intensify the experiences you made in our course „meditation and stress management“.
