The old, North Indian tradition of Kundalini Yoga contains not only spiritual techniques; it has a lot of effective meditative techniques, which can be focused on fears, stereotypes, and blockades, too. It can help you to improve your courage, self-confidence, serenity and cognitive abilities. 

In this introductory course we will learn how to meditate independently and how to use special techniques specially aimed on ourselves.
