Power-Balancing

In this course, we will get to know the basic elements that help us to optimize our own energy rhythm!

Using simple practices from various disciplines (yoga, breathing therapy, bioenergetics, acupressure, autosuggestion, massage/self-massage, meditation, aroma therapy, stone healing, sound work, biorhythm, dietetics and many more), we will find access to our inner resources and learn how to activate them. The practiced exercises can lead us to more effectiveness, vitality and a better ability to concentrate.

We prevent diseases by releasing old blockades and avoiding creating new ones. Stress caused problems are eased, when we become aware of the sources of our energy and those things that steal it from us. This mentioned awareness will be trained in our course.

Please bring casual clothing and maybe a pencil to take notes.
