Spine Gymnastics

In this course, focused on prevention, we will show some functional exercises to stretch, mobilize, stabilize and strengthen the spine and its muscle groups. Breathing exercises and techniques for relaxation complete the course.

Don´t forget to bring your own ground pad and towel!
