Concentration, power and endurance

Power-Yoga (or Ashtanga-Yoga) is a full body work out. Differently to other kinds of Yoga, we start with endurance training to make our body sweat, before we start with stretching. Special exercises help to strengthen and stretch our muscles at the same time. The result is: more flexibility and muscle development.

Power-Yoga is a high-energy work out for a healthy, powerful and smooth body. Meditation and relaxation exercises are practiced as well and lead to a positive feeling.

Our course is for beginners and advanced.
