Outdoor workout is a course for anyone who prefers exercising in the fresh air over doing such in crowded, stuffy sporthalls.

This full-body-workout includes various ballgames, exercises which cover coordination, power, agility and cardio, as well as a stretching- and a cool-down-phase. Coordination ladders, medicine balls, ropes, hurdles and many more will support your progress throughout the training.

You will learn more about your individual strenghts and how to master fundamental movement patterns of your own body. In total, you will be more contented and you will never miss out on fun during the exercise.
